According to MTV’s “The Seven” Will Ferrell has officially been named as part of the cast for a four-story arc after the departure of Steve Carell.  Ferrell actually volunteered for the role and even helped create the character.

Will’s role of an “inappropriate branch manager” who arrives from the home office while Steve’s character prepares to leave.

The show is  guaranteeing four episodes minimum but have no official air dates after Steve leaves in April and have yet to even shoot the scenes, but they are sure to be hilarious.
