Chris Brown told TMZ the NBA didn’t invite him to play in this years NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in Los Angeles, where [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Justin Bieber [/lastfm]won the MVP award Friday night, because he felt he was too good for the game. Breezy also mentioned T.O. aka Terrell Owens can ball as well.

When Brown was asked whether he can play in the D-League (NBA’s Developmental League), he answered, “I can play a little bit.”
