Waiting for Tuesday’s Glee episode will be remarkably hard for me, as I’ve already gone through half a dozen tissues while tearing up over the premise of next week’s “Funeral” episode.

Rumors abound, but the prophesy that a “beloved character” will die and a “major couple” will split up is too much for my weak, overly theatrical heart.

Especially when that’s accompanied by the bittersweet crooning of New Directions singing “Pure Imagination” from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Lea Michele singing an emotional “My Man.”
