[mp3com-artist]Big Sean[/mp3com-artist] was arrested this past Thursday stemming from a woman claiming she was sexually assaulted during a concert in New York, a tourstop on [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Wiz Khalifa[/lastfm]’s “Rolling Papers” Tour.
[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Big Sean[/lastfm] and a second suspect, Willie Hansboro, were charged with misdemeanor counts of forcible touching, sex abuse in the third degree, and other charges, reports MTV.
Big Sean’s attorney, Scott E. Leemon, issued a statement Friday that reads:
“Last night, recording artists Sean ‘Big Sean’ Anderson and Willie ‘Sayitainttone’ Hansbro were arrested and then immediately released by the NY State Police in connection with an allegation made by a female who was at their concert in Lewiston, New York.
“Both men were charged with misdemeanors and they both vehemently deny the allegations. I am confident, that after further investigation, both men will be vindicated.”
