Lindsay Lohan is suing [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Pitbull[/lastfm] and his writing team for lyrics on his song “Give Me Everything” that may have been damaging to Lohan. Well, it was true right?

To me, this screams “I need money right now!”

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan and her lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, are attacking Pitbull’s hit song “Give Me Everything” writers [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Ne-Yo[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Afrojack[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Pitbull[/lastfm] for the latter’s rhyme, “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoeing, to keep flowing/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

In the lawsuit, Lohan and her legal team claims that “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

But this isn’t a money grab or anything….NOOOOOOOOO!
