A federal judge says Occupy Sacramento protesters cannot assemble at Cesar Chavez Park overnight.

Judge Morrison England also scolded Occupy Sacramento attorneys, for not applying for a special-use permit earlier than they did.

Earlier today, Cindy Sheehan, and several Occupy Sacramento protesters were in court. A federal hearing was set to take place later this afternoon.

There are 40 jury trials scheduled for Dec. 13 for the Sacramento protesters, and more protesters will have arraignment hearings on Nov. 16.
