Insufficient evidence is being singled out as the reason Bobbi Kristina won’t be prosecuted for gambling underage at a Vegas casino last month.

A video surfaced that showed what appears to be 19 year old Bobbi Kristina gambling at a slot machine with her boyfriend at the MGM Resort and Casino. Obviously the legal gambling age is 21.

The enforcement division of the Nevada Gambling Control Board said “We have completed our investigation and there is not enough evidence to support criminal charges.”
