A representative for Lil Kim is walking back statements that had her criticizing Young Money rhymer Drake for his alleged role in last Wednesday’s bottle-throwing incident with Chris Brown.
Yesterday (June 20), the Queen Bee reportedly called Drake “b****-made” and went on to raise questions about the emo-rapper’s sexuality.
“Drake’s a bottom – y’all know what I mean when I say that,” reported the Phoenix New Times. “[He’s] an instigator, and a p****. He had no issue stepping to Lil Kim, I’m like five feet tall. But he didn’t try stepping to Chris, a man, because he’s simply a coward.”
Now a spokesperson is claiming that Kim didn’t make any of those disparaging remarks.
“As it pertains to the story that was allegedly posted by the Phoenix Times, I would like to inform fans, media, and the general public, that the fictitious editorial is just that,” insisted Kim’s publicist. “My client did not participate in any interview with the Phoenix Times or anyone else for that matter. As Kim’s publicist, I oversee all media matters and have never arranged anything with the Phoenix Times. Please disregard this nonsense and any other foolishness.”
While Kim’s rep is denying these remarks, she didn’t take back Kim’s previous comments about the rapper. In 2010, she criticized Drake for siding with Nicki Minaj during their battle.
“I used to really like Drake,” she said to Miss Info TV. “For him to have the audacity to disrespect me? How b*tchy do you look right now?” --Keith Murphy, CBS Local
