After five years of marriage and a six year old daughter, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are calling it quits. This would be Tom’s 3rd divorce and Katie’s 1st.

Tom was married to actress Mimi Rogers from 1987 to 1990 then married Nicole Kidman and conceived 2 children with her.

Katie’s attorney posted a statement saying, “This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.”

Katie and Tom do have a prenup.

Last time this Hollywood couple was seen together in public was back in February.
