Law enforcement stated that Sage Stallone was dead for possibly as long as a week before he was found by his girlfriend.

Sources say Sage lived in his apartment littered with cigarette butts, soda cans, beer cans, junk food surrounding him at all times.

Sources also say that the drawers were filled with various pill bottles.

Apparently nobody had spoke with him since a week ago Friday.  Only the housekeeper had been in the house since last Friday, however, she was instructed never to enter or even knock on Sage’s bedroom door.

A law enforcement source said the room was “disgusting,” and that it reeked of various smells.

Sage’s mother called the housekeeper yesterday because she was unable to reach him. She asked her to check on his, and that’s when the housekeeper found the body.

Law enforcement said that Sage’s death appears to have been an accident, based on the evidence so far.
