This  morning’s edition of “What The Hell Is Wrong With People?” might have been one of the funniest stories Wayne, Jay & Lexi have ever done.  A man in Canada was arrested for public intoxication while he was dancing in the street with a beer in one hand and a cheeseburger in the other hand.  This sounds like a regular Friday or Saturday night for me, but what happens next will definitely make you ask “What The Hell Is Wrong With People?!”  If you missed it this morning, check it out:
