When it comes to X-rated material, Tyga now has some skin in the game. The YMCMB rapper, and Lil Wayne protégé, is directing an adult film entitled Rack City: The XXX Movie.

The title of his flick is a nod to his 2011 hit, which will feature new music and appearances by such porn stars as Lexington Steele, Sophie Dee, London Keyes, Skin Diamond, Jada Fire, Eva Angelina.

Tyga who will also appear in the film in a non-acting role, According to AVN.com. He was inspired to shoot the film Rack City because of his desire to place his own stamp on the x-rated movie world.

“Doing this project it was important for me to put something out with my vision,” he explained. 

He also said the movie will give his music new life. 

“This movie really takes ‘Rack City,’ the song that I made, into the world of triple-X film,” Tyga continued. “It’s a real movie that people will enjoy, and I’m proud of it.”

In addition to the film, Tyga has launched an adult site RackCityXXX.com, which will feature a monthly membership fee for $24.95.

“I look at it right now as a hobby, but I’m into it right now so I feel like I’m really doing it for fun, but at the same time I really want to make it right,” said Tyga of his new career switch. “I’m not just bullsh—ing my way through this. Anything I attach myself to I want it to be high quality. I feel like regardless we put a good project together.”

Tyga is not the first hip-hop star to jump into the porn arena. Snoop Dogg and Lil Jon have also attached their names to X-rated films.—Keith Murphy, CBS Local
