Already a music boss, Rick Ross is now a boss of a new Wingstop franchise in his hometown of Miami. The Maybach Music rapper, who is known to flaunt his tastes in luxury items, also has an appreciation for deluxe chicken wings.

“Miami is my hometown, and I want to share my favorite wings with one of my favorite cities,” Ross said in a press statement. “This is a hot spot, and the crew is in place and ready to continue serving wings.”

The God Forgives, I Don’t rhymer is slated to appear at the Miami Wingstop Tuesday(October 9) for a meet-and-greet with fans.

This is not Ross’ first venture into the restaurant biz. He has already opened up a Wingstop in Tennessee and has a multi-unit, multi-state development agreement with the chicken eatery.

Aside from his new chicken venture, Monday (October 8), marks the release of the omnipresent MC’s latest mixtape, The Black Bar Mitzvah. —Keith Murphy, CBS Local
