Scaring people is usually reserved for Halloween time. However, it’s always best to get people when they least expect it. Like maybe set up a man in an adorable snowman suit holding a sign outside a busy store. Whenever a shopper walks by the snowman conveniently drops his sign and when the unsuspecting prank victim goes to pick it up…BOO!!
