According to a new survey, two out of five women own at least three pairs of underwear that are so old, they’re almost unusable.  But they keep on wearing them.

Here are the top three reasons women keep wearing old underwear.

1.  56% say they didn’t think anyone else would see it if they kept wearing old underwear.  Even though one in four women say they’ve had an unexpected intimate moment WHILE wearing old underwear.

2.  31% said they can’t afford to buy new underwear.  51% only buy new underwear once a year . . . and 12% say they hardly ever shop for it.

3.  13% think it’s a waste to throw out clothes that can still be worn, even if they’re old and worn out.
