The Donald filled a  lawsuit today against HBO host Bill Maher for $5 million dollars. Donald is claiming Maher is backing out on his promise to donate $5 million dollars to charity if Trump could prove he is not the offspring of his mother and an orangutan.

According to sources, including Donald Trump, Maher went on the Jay Leno show and offered the money to charity after Trump challenged President Obama to show his birth certificate.

Trump filed his suit in L.A. County Superior Court. Donald Trump says he proved he was the son of Fred Trump, and not an ape so he wants Maher to donate the money to charity.
