A gang of some sort might be out to get Rick Ross, but he doesn’t seem too worried.

A few weeks ago we learned Rick Ross was the target of a shooting rampage, and somehow, he and his passenger avoided being hit.

For the first time since the incident, Rick Ross has been seen outdoors. Yesterday TMZ obtained video of the rapper nonchalantly smoking a cigar as he walked with others to his vehicle.

He appeared to be in a good mood as he smiled and patted a friend on the back, but he wasn’t willing to say anything to TMZ.

For all we know, Rick could be scared out of his mind that someone is still out to get him and this smiley facade could just be an act.

But if he truly feels he is out of harm’s way, 50 Cent’s theory that this whole thing was just a bogus stunt might be true after all. No one knows for sure.
