When you hear the name “Joe Francis” you probably think “Girls Gone Wild”. When Joe Francis hears the name “Steve Wynn” he thinks BANKRUPT!

Girls Gone Wild owner is putting the company under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in order to pay off a $30 million debt he owes to the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas. Basically back in 2007 Francis was in Vegas gambling at the Wynn and lost $2 million. After a year of not paying the Casino owner Steve Wynn sued Francis. Francis went on to say that Wynn used hookers and other deceptive practices to keep him gambling while he continued to lose money. That accusation is what we like to call defamation so Wynn hit him with another law suit only this time for $20 million. He won that case and two others making the grand total a whopping $30 million. Joe seems to think that filing for bankruptcy will keep him from paying but it’s JOE who owes the money, not “Girls Gone Wild”, so Wynn plans to continue to go after the money!
