Last month DMX was arrested and now he’s being sued! Owls Nest Sports Lounge in South Carolina has some beef to settle with the rapper. According to the club, they booked DMX for $3000 for him to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012.

TMZ learned DMX is accused of taking the cash and failing to appear.

The club now wants their $3000 returned, in addition to $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.

For someone who has made millions, would he really agree to do a gig for just 3K? Either DMX has fallen on hard times or maybe someone was posing as the rapper for quick cash?
