Chris Brown and Rihanna both say Chris has “changed.” Yet, while at PINZ bowling alley last night, his angry outburst was hard to ignore, and a few eyewitnesses caught the incident on video.

Chris and his posse went to PINZ to support a charity event, checking in his car with the valet. According to TMZ, Chris remained at the alley for about a half hour and was then ready to leave.

At that time Chris learned there was a $10 surcharge for utilizing the valet services. To Chris, this was outrageous. He and his posse surrounded the employee managing the parking lot and Chris was overheard saying, “F*** ten dollars” as he encroached on the valet’s space.

Before things could get really heated, someone in Chris’ crew said, “We got the money…don’t worry about it.”

It’s unclear if Chris actually paid the ten dollars or not, but he and his crew angrily left a short time later.
