At this point, I think we can all agree that drinking soda isn’t a healthy life decision.  But I doubt any of us think it’s going to be the thing that kills us . . . the way smoking, binge drinking, and gator wrestling does.

But too much soda really can destroy your body, and lead to a premature death.

Last year, we heard about a 30-year-old woman who died from drinking at least two gallons of Coke a day.  And now, it’s happened again . . . to 30-year-old Paul Inman of Haworth, England.

Paul died last March.  And after a long autopsy, the medical examiner determined that Paul’s habit of drinking a gallon of soda every day gave him dangerously low sodium levels, which led to lung problems that took his life.

Of course, pretty much any food or drink can kill you if you take in insane amounts.
