TheNewsSpike.com reported this story and it has quickly sparked a lot of controversy on the web today.
With all the bad publicity that Kanye West has received recently it actually makes this story believable.
At a gala event in Lost Angeles Kanye was overheard saying:
“How you gonna go compare my music to 2Pac?” he said, “2Pac wasn’t no musician. He was an actor. What was he in? Juice? Above the Rim? He was the most overrated rapper in history and you come up in here comparing him to me? A real rapper…a real star.”
He also said that the only reason 2Pac became famous was ‘because he got shot’.
