Oh, please NO…
Researchers from India are finding out interesting facts about your (least) favorite creepy crawlers, and it’s that their MILK may be quite nourishing!
The “milk” that cockroaches use to feed their babies is apparently “four times more nourishing than cow’s milk,” according to Metro.co.uk.
Researchers believe this milk could be vital to feeding our world’s growing population.
Researcher Sanchari Banerjee said, “The crystals are like a complete food – they have proteins, fats and sugars. If you look into the protein sequences, they have all the essential amino acids…It’s time-released food. if you need food that is calorifically high, that is time released and food that is complete. This is it.”
What do you think? Would you drink this milk?
