Chris Brown has maintained (as has his legal team) that Baylee Curran set him up when she called the cops in late August and claimed Brown had pulled a gun on her as a way to get her to leave his house. Now he’s selling t-shirts stating as much.
Brown posted the t-shirt design on Instagram. Available in black or white, the front reads “This B!tch Lyin'” while the back has a picture of a young cartoon blonde woman crying. The image looks suspiciously like Curran. They will be available through his Black Pyramid clothing line.
Brown was arrested on suspicion of weapons charges on August 31 after a stand-off with police, who were responding to Curran’s 911 call claiming he had aimed his gun at her. To prove his client’s innocence, Brown’s laywer Mark Geragos has been trying to verify a text message Curran allegedly sent to an acquaintance shortly before her emergency call where she declared that she would get back at Brown for kicking her out. Police did not find any weapons when they searched the singer’s home.
Brown has claimed that Curran was trying to steal one of his expensive necklaces, and she made up the story about the gun after he kicked her out.
